{"id":2249,"date":"2017-04-28T15:30:51","date_gmt":"2017-04-28T13:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nfv09.de\/home\/?p=2249"},"modified":"2017-04-28T15:30:51","modified_gmt":"2017-04-28T13:30:51","slug":"fortbildungstag-dynamo-dresden-nachwuchsakademie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nfv09.de\/home\/2017\/04\/28\/fortbildungstag-dynamo-dresden-nachwuchsakademie\/","title":{"rendered":"Fortbildungstag Dynamo Dresden Nachwuchsakademie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Am Sonntag, den 23.04.2017 nahmen einige Nachwuchs-Trainer und \u00dcbungsleiter des NFV an einer Weiterbildungsma\u00dfnahme unseres Partners, der SG Dynamo Dresden Nachwuchs-Akademie, teil.<br \/>\nBei sprichw\u00f6rtlichem April-Wetter referierte und demonstrierte Matthias Nowak, Technik- und Kreativtrainer FC Bayern M\u00fcnchen, vor ca. 200 Teilnehmern aus den Partnervereinen der Akademie, \u00fcber die aktuellsten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse \u00fcber das kognitive Training und daraus abgeleiteten Trainingsmethoden.<br \/>\nDer Schwerpunkt lag hierbei auf der Entwicklung, Kombination und Trainingsumsetzung von intelligenten Bewegungsmustern, Konzentrations\u00fcbungen sowie Koordinations- und Kreativtechniken.<br \/>\nGerade im Nachwuchsbereich k\u00f6nnen bei zielgerichteter Steuerung intuitive Reaktions-, Gedanken- und Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe deutlich flexibilisiert und beschleunigt werden.<br \/>\nNach Meinung aller Teilnehmer durften wir einem sehr anspruchsvollen und inspirierenden Fortbildungstag beiwohnen, deren Erkenntnisse es nun gilt in unsere Trainingsmethoden, punktuell leistungs- und jahrgangsgerecht, einfliesen zu lassen.<br \/>\nUnser Dank gilt den Organisatoren der SG Dynamo Dresden Nachwuchsakademie f\u00fcr deren Einladung, die tolle Organisation inkl.
